Invited by the cultural design space and selection store “foreforehead”, we participated in the art exhibition “巷仔街招展”(means: Street Signs Exhibition at Back Alley), take place at a back alley in Sham Shui Po. The street sign is presented in tabloid style, with the sharp fluorescent colours and big titles, which is common elements of an advertisement to the shop. The usage of phrase “Test Drive Welcomes!”, sewing machine with wheels, fluttering threads linking to price tag, etc., are also our new attepemts from the traditional street signs, which not only drawing attentions to passer-by, but also keeping in their minds in modern digital world.
